What is Sherpa-OS?

Sherpa-OS is an all-in-one practice growth platform built for registered investment advisers. It brings email outreach, content planning, client management, and RIA research into one place so you spend less time switching tools and more time with clients.

Getting there

After you sign in, Sherpa-OS lands you directly on the Connect dashboard. You will see the module label “Connect” in the upper-left corner of the page header.

What you can do

Sherpa-OS is organized into four modules, each accessible from the main navigation.

Connect is your email command center. The dashboard you land on gives you an at-a-glance view of everything happening across your outreach:

  • Four summary statistics across the top — Sent (30d), Open rate, Reply rate, and Daily sends against your plan cap — update automatically from the last 30 days of activity.
  • A Send & engagement chart plots daily sends, opens, and replies over 30 days. Use the 30d / 90d / YTD toggle to shift the window.
  • A Deliverability card shows your rolling inbox rate, SPF/DKIM/DMARC alignment across your sending domains, mailbox warmup status, bounce rate, and spam complaint rate. A color-coded badge — Healthy, Watch, or Review — tells you at a glance whether your sending reputation needs attention.
  • An Attention panel surfaces action items from your domains, warmup queue, campaigns, and compliance backlog. When there is nothing to act on, it confirms that clearly.
  • Top-performing sends lists your highest open-rate campaigns from the trailing 30 days, with recipient counts. Click any row or “All campaigns” to drill in.
  • A Live feed streams delivery events — sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced — in real time as they happen.
  • Four shortcut tiles at the bottom link directly to Campaigns, Flows, Cold outbound, and the Email editor.

Content Engine helps you plan, draft, and route content through your compliance workflow.

Clients is a lightweight CRM for managing your client relationships and activity history.

RIA Data gives you access to RIA research and firm-level data to support your prospecting and analysis work.
